  • Short Ride - Dragon/Cherohala - Meet at 10am at Smoky Mountain H-D
  • Invited Builders “Prove It” Ride 10am leaving from Smoky Mtn H-D (will join the short ride)
  • Invited Builders Show - Opens at 4pm Judging at 6pm
  • Mix & Mingle VIP Riders - 5p-7p at The Shed with day’s Invited winner being announced
  • Food Trucks at The Shed 5p-9p

October 8 - Friday

  • Long Ride - Black Mountain - Meet at 9am at Smoky Mountain H-D
  • Short Ride - Devils Triangle - Meet at 10am at Smoky Mountain H-D
  • Invited Builders “Prove It” Ride 10am leaving from Smoky Mtn H-D (will join the short ride)
  • Ride in Show - Opens at Noon - Awards at 3pm
  • Invited Builders Show - Opens at 4pm Judging at 6pm
  •  VIP Meet & Greet w/ Builders - 6:30pm - 7:30pm with day’s Invited winner being announced
  • Concert - 7:30 - 7 Bridges (Eagles Tribute)

October 9 - Saturday

  • Long Ride - Coke Ovens - Meet at 9am at Smoky Mountain H-D
  • Short Ride - Bald River Falls - Meet at 10am at Smoky Mountain H-D
  • Invited Builders “Prove It” Ride 10am leaving from Smoky Mtn H-D (will join the short ride)
  •  100ft Drags - Noon - 2pm
  • Ride in Show - Opens at Noon - Awards at 3pm
  • Invited Builders Show - Opens at 4pm Judging at 6pm with weekend winners being announced on stage at 7pm
  • Concert - 7:30 - Big Gun (AC/DC Tribute)

October 10 - Sunday

  • Departing Brunch - 11am 
  • Group Photo - 11:45am
  • Short Ride - Foothills Pkwy - Meet at Noon
  • Builder’s Only Ride (actually anyone can join)
